State & Lake Marketing, Inc. dba Teeth Talk Girl, the operator of the website teethtalkgirl.com (“Site”), its shareholders, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents (“we,” “us,” or “Teeth Talk Girl”) appreciates that you care how information about you is used and shared. How We Share Information We Receive from Users

Information about our Users is a critical part of our business. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to others, but we may share User information with others in the following ways:

  • With Other Authorized Third-Party Service Providers:  We have agreements with other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf (“Third-Party Service Providers”), such as providing marketing assistance, operating or hosting our Site, and analyzing data. We may share your personally identifiable information with these Third-Party Service Providers so they can provide the services that we have contracted with them to provide. We currently use Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Quantcast, Hubspot, Ezoic, and Meta (formerly, Facebook) to help us understand how our Site is used. We use Microsoft Azure to host our Site. You can view here the privacy policies for Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Quantcast, Hubspot, Ezoic, Meta, and Microsoft Azure about how they treat your information. We do not process credit card information. If you are required to provide credit card or other payment information, that information is handled directly by Shopify. Shopify’s privacy policy may be reviewed here. We also participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, which is designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Please review the Amazon Services program agreement as to how your information is handled.
  • With Other Websites:  Our Site may include links to other websites. When you access these links, you will be directed away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
  • With Advertisers. Ads appearing on the Site may be delivered by third parties who use cookies to recognize you each time
  • With Potential Affiliates. We may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information with potential affiliates.
  • Additional Information on Internet Advertising. You may obtain useful information about Internet advertising companies, including how to opt out of their information collection, by contacting the Networking Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
  • To Parent or Affiliated Companies:  While we currently do not have a parent company, subsidiaries, or any other companies under a common control, we may in the future, and we may share your personally identifiable information with these companies, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • In a Change of Ownership:  As we continue to develop our business, we might merge with or be acquired by another company. If this happens, the successor company could acquire the information we maintain, but personally identifiable information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • For Our Protection or the Protection of Others:  We may disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or a court order, to enforce this Privacy Policy, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our Users, or others.

As a condition of agreeing to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. and entering into a Subscription with us, you agree to receive from us promotional and administrative emails related to your activity on our Site and to our products and services, including announcements about new features or changes to the Site or our products and services.
  • If you no longer want to use the Site, you may ask us to stop sending you promotional emails by contacting us at [email protected]. Your personal information and information about your past orders may remain in our historical records, but you will no longer receive emails from us about new features or changes to the Site or our products and services unless you again purchase from us or subscribe to our communications.
  • Please note that, because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Children’s Privacy Issues
